Don't let any amount of doubt stop from you from deepening your handstand practice. In this workshop we're going to break down the absolute fundamentals of handstands + different methods of entry! If you're a home practitioner wanting to get it right, COME! If you're a yoga teacher looking for a new angle to learn from, COME! And if you're somewhere in between, COME!
Our two full hours focused on the mechanics of handstands will look something like this:
- finding the balance
- kicking into handstand
- intro straddle handstand
- intro to pressing into handstand
- intro to pressing out of handstands
- using props to assist (etc.)
Anyone at any level of practice is encouraged to come!
The ONLY requirement, is being comfortable upside down.
Expect to go home with an entire new outlook on handstands. For anyone who may feel like their handstand practice is really stagnate, I encourage you to come.
