For the entire month of March we will sweat together, learn, sweat even more, and GROW! Yoga Strength intensive is for anyone at any level of practice. NO AMOUNT OF YOGA EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!
Together, we will go over + break down the basics of building a practice rooted in strength + endurance. As the weeks roll by, expect your practice to become stronger and progressively more independent! That’s the goal!! *The ability to go home and practice with confidence + mindfulness in what you’re doing, is really what this journey is all about.* After our 14 practices together, you can guarantee you'll walk confidently in YOUR new found Yoga.
Our Month together will look something like this:
Week 1 – Breaking down Basics + Getting into the Flow.
Week 2 – Incorporating Balance: Strength + Flexibility.
Week 3 – Inviting Mindfulness into our strong practice.
Week 4 – Creating OUR Flow.
Week 5 – Embracing your individual practices.

Our classes are held 2 days a week, every Tuesday and Thursday, starting March 1st - 31st from 8:00 to 9:45pm. (Perfect for those of you with growing families and or the 9-5-work schedule.) Being together week after week, expect to make a new friend or 2 , or 9 lol If you've been on the fence about beginning Yoga or just want to cultivate that solid oozing with confidence practice, this Intensive is for YOU! You will leave every class having learned something new, and experienced something in a new way. You will sweat, you will learn to push through, and you will grow. Don't miss out on this. Prepare to grow and learn in an environment catered to YOU!
